At Finley & Tale, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused or only lightly used, and in their original condition.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@finleyandtale.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement. If there is a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will cover the return shipping.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
